How to Add A Recipe:
- Open your Planner from the icon at the bottom of your screen, and tap “Add a Recipe” underneath the day you’d like to plan for.
- A list of your Cookbooks will appear. Search or scroll to find the one you want, and click on it to see the recipes in that cookbook.
- Tap Add to assign the recipe to Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, or Dinner, and that’s it! Your meal is now added to your week.
- You can add more recipes to the same day by tapping the plus sign next to the date. You can even add multiple recipes to the same meal.
How to Add a Note or Non-Recipe Item to a Day:
Sometimes dinner plans don’t require a recipe. Maybe you’re having leftovers, spaghetti night, or dinner at mom’s. You can type non-recipe meal ideas into your Meal Planner by tapping the “Quick Add” field under any date, or the lightning bolt symbol beside a date that already has a meal added to it.
How to Remove or Reschedule a Recipe:
Swipe right on any recipe to uncover options for rescheduling, removing, or sharing your recipe.

How to Add A Recipe:
- Click on the Meal Planner Tab.
- Search for recipes you want to add that you have previously saved on the right hand side or filter with the given meal type categories.
- Drag and drop the recipe you want to add to the desired day and meal type (breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner).
Alternate Ways of Adding Recipes to Your Planner:
- Click on any recipe by searching or in the discover, then click the plan icon near the top right of the screen. Select the day, and meal type (B, L, S, D), then click "Add to Meal Plan".
- When browsing recipes from the discover tab, you can click the "+" button and then click "Add Recipe to Planner". Then you can select the day, meal type (B, L, S, D), then then click "Add to Meal Plan".
