From My Computer:

1. Go to: https://app.prepear.com/auth/login
2. Click "Forgot my Password" under the green sign in button.
3. Enter your email that you used to create your Prepear account and click "Reset Password".
4. You will then receive an email with a button to go reset your password. Click that button.
5. You will then enter your password two times to make sure you don't have any typos. Remember your password is case-sensitive.

From the App:

1. Open the Prepear app
2. Tap on "Already have an account? Sign in" at the very bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on "Forgot my Password" at the bottom.
4. Enter your email that you used to create your Prepear account and tap "Reset Password".
5. You will then receive an email with a button to go reset your password. Open that email and tap that button.
6. You will then enter your password two times to make sure you don't have any typos. Remember your password is case-sensitive.
7. Sign-in to the app with your new password.

If you have tried these options and are still having problems please email help@prepear.com and we can create a temporary password for you to sign in with.
