Profile Privacy: How Does it Work?

Your profile in Prepear is a place for you to say a little something about yourself, and display the kinds of recipes you like to cook.

Your username, profile image, and profile blurb are a public part of the Prepear community. But you can choose to share or hide the details about your cooking habits and activities in Prepear. 

To access your profile privacy settings, tap your profile image in the bottom right corner of the app. 

Then tap ‘More’ on the right side of your screen.

Select “Privacy” and scroll to the “Profile Privacy” section.

Review your Privacy settings and choose the one that works for you. 

Selecting “Public” allows anyone in Prepear to follow along with your cooking activities.

Selecting “Just Friends” hides your cooking activities from all users except your friends in Prepear.

Once you’re finished editing your settings, tap the green “Done” button in the top right corner of your screen.
