Most of our customers are billed through Prepear, and you can manage your account through your profile account settings. However, if you subscribed to Prepear through the app store and wish to change your subscription or cancel your account, take the following steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see Prepear as a subscription?
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
For Google Play:
Use the following steps to cancel from the Google Play App, or read the support article from Google - Here
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu
Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
