Custom Meal Plan Length

Is it at all possible to have custom meal plan lengths? i.e. I work on a 10 day schedule and would like to plan as such and to start my meal plan on various days, not just Mondays.

I also want to be able to make a shopping list that can start on different days so that when I am busy I can do a small shop for 2 days worth and when I have time I can shop for the next 7 days for example, not just from Mondays onwards.
